Smoothies are great healthy snacks or a quick breakfast you can make on the go. Here’s the recipe Paolo made on the show (it makes 2 servings):
1 banana (any fruit will do)
1/2 apple
1 cup of milk (full, skim, soy, even chocolate)
1 Tbsp of unsweetened yogurt
2 Tbsps of Raw honey (or a little more if you like it sweet)
Throw everything in a blender with 10 ice cubes.
